We hope you will join us in Frankfort for KMUA’s Annual Fish Fry and February board meeting. The food at the Fish Fry will be delicious and entertainment will be provided by the soft rock band “Fat Mattress.” They play music from the 70’s; 80’s and 90’s.

An opportunity for networking with legislators, industry professionals and your fellow municipal utility members.
An opportunity to schedule individual appointments with legislators from your City’s legislative district.
A table top exercise and tour of the Kentucky Emergency Management Division (KYEM) located at 100 Minuteman Parkway in Frankfort by Charles O’Neal, assistant division director for KYEM, at 1 pm EST. The exercise and tour will wrap up at 4 pm. I believe this presentation will be very informative and I encourage you to attend if your schedule permits.
Fish fry for all members, and their legislative representatives. Hospitality begins at 5 pm followed by dinner at 6 pm at the Buffalo Trace Distillery Club House.
Friday, February 28
Breakfast is from 8 to 9 EST at the Frankfort Plant Board Club House located at 98 Tanglewood Drive. For breakfast we will have an omelet bar. Come to breakfast hungry! We will also have a guest speaker, Mike Hayden, Director for the Division of Communications with the Kentucky Finance Cabinet’s Office of Technology. Mr. Hayden will speak to KMUA members on the “Commonwealth’s Fiber Initiative” from 8:30 am to 9 am.
The board meeting begins at 9 am also in the Frankfort Plant Board Club House.
